TIGERS U16 MEN VS ABINGDON EAGLES - 24/02/08

This week Taunton Tigers U16's travelled to Abingdon for a match which could ultimately determine who would win the league. Tigers have only been defeated once this season whereas the Eagles have lost twice with one of those games being to the Tigers, who on that occasion won by 15 points. This meant that the Eagles would have to win by 16 or more to go ahead of Taunton in the league.

TIGERS U16 MEN VS PLYMOUTH MARJON CANNONS II - 10/11/07

Taunton Tigers U16s had a comfortable 48 point win against Plymouth MARJON Cannons II. It was another great opportunity to give the whole squad valuable minutes, the Tigers rotation policy is now starting to pay dividends with all players showing confidence on the court and a better understanding in terms of both offence and defence.

TIGERS U16 MEN VS DORSET STORM - 20/10/07


Taunton Tigers U16 boys had their best win to date with a 27 point victory over Dorset Storm who had previously the week before had a big win against Bath. Tigers went into the game with only 8 players, giving coaches Carter and Assistant Scarborough potential headaches with player rotation if the team fell into foul trouble which had happened in the previous couple of games.

TIGERS U16 MEN VS BRISTOL ACADEMY - 13/10/07

Taunton Tigers U16 boys claimed their first victory of the season after being mauled the previous week in the cup. This season the team is made up of a lot of new faces, many of whom have not played national league Basketball before. But Saturdays result away at Bristol was crucial towards helping with the team's development.
